Additional space signed for

After much negotiation we have finally signed a lease for the remaining side of the premises we are in, giving us an additional 70% of the space we currently enjoy. Even better, once we knock a door through we can enjoy level access to 95% of the premises, allowing wheelchair access and access to those with limited mobility. The design of this additional space is being worked on in conjunction with the She shed, as they are likely to be the main incumbents of this area. We take over from 1st April 2025 and hope within a few weeks to have a door through to the existing work space, toilets and , most importantly, the canteen space. Anyone who is undecided about whether to attend, just come and see us, have a tea/coffee and a blether and a tour round, what’s the worst that can happen?
